1. Acceptance

By accessing or using suprastructure.net (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.

3. Service description

The Service provides a deterministic instrument for structural decomposition. The free portal demonstrates the instrument on synthetic inputs. Production engagements apply the instrument to customer-provided designs under mutual NDA. Results are independently verifiable using the public proof record.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with its documentation. You may not: reverse-engineer the oracle binaries, redistribute outputs as a competing service, or circumvent rate limits.

5. Billing

The free portal is free. Production engagements are billed per artifact under the terms of the executed engagement agreement.

6. Public proofs

Proof identifiers (SHA-256 hashes) are recorded in the public proof record. No personally identifiable information is published; only opaque hashes and sequence numbers appear.

7. Intellectual property

All algorithms, binaries, and verification artifacts served by the Service are proprietary. Patent pending. All rights reserved. The public verification header is provided for independent verification only and grants no license to the underlying methods.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Service from any claim arising from your use, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for cause. Proof entries persist after termination.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any executed engagement agreement constitute the entire agreement. Executed engagement agreements take precedence over these Terms.
